ADXpress – Automotive Data Express
The ADXpress is a high-speed automotive data interconnect technology that decouples the SERDES or link bandwidth from the (aggregate) bandwidth of the virtual data paths. It can support up to 128 completely independent data channels. The latency of each virtual data path is controllable and deterministic. The bandwidth can be dynamically allocated for each channel.
ADXpress is scalable in terms of data serialization and works with link data rates of 4/8/16 and 32 Gbps. ADXpress is the foundation technology for high-speed data communication for automotive. Applications to transfer Video, Audio and Data in formats through standardized interfaces, primarily in ADAS and Infotainment systems.
